    Cancellation by Exhibitor/Artist
    ​Cancellation of booth space is not refundable, please contact [email protected] for any issues. We understand life always comes first and we will work to make sure everyone is taken care of to the best of our abilities.
    If for any reason (COVID, act of war, terrorism, venue fire….) the venue deems the show unable to happen we will roll over all payments for a future Midland Mall Comic Con. If this happens which is unlikely will reach out to every vendor and artist individually to discuss all options and ensure the best interest of vendors and artists are available.
    Merchandise for sale/ Restrictions, & Licenses

    Dealer agrees that all merchandise for sale is legal and licensed. ABSOLUTELY NO
    PORNOGRAPHY OR Adult Only Material IS TO BE DISPLAYED AT ANY TIME.
    Adult video tapes and DVDs are not allowed. If you even have a question if its “ok”
    then the answer is NO. NO smoking products are to be sold!
     Dealers shall obtain any needed licenses, permits, identification numbers, or
    approvals needed under federal state or local law, applicable to its activities at the
    event at its sole expense including the Michigan state sales tax.

    Damages

     Exhibitor accepts full responsibility for any damages to their booth or
    merchandise. Promoter is not responsible for any loss.
     Exhibitor is responsible for their own security during show hours.
    By signing agreement, you acknowledge you have read and understand and agree to be bound
    by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
    By agreeing to exhibit, the exhibitor agrees to protect, keep and save Midland mall Comic
    Con and Promoters forever harmless from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, or expense
    that arises from their exhibiting at this show.
