Show Schedule
- Friday Night Set-Up
- Night before set-up will be available on FRIDAY March 1, 2024 from 5pm - 8pm.
- The venue will be locked and secure from 8pm Friday to open at 6am on Saturday
- Saturday Set up starts at 7:00 am on March, 2024. The show starts at 10am. All vendors and artists need to be 100% ready and set up by 10am.
- Saturday Hours (Watch for mall walkers)
- 7am – MMCC Staff onboard
- 7am – 8 am entry for characters and props set up
- 8am – 9:30 am vendors & artists set up
- 10am - entry General Admission
- 6pm - show ends on Saturday (can stay later to sell if you want and people are still around)

- 8am – MMCC staff onboard
- 9am - entry for vendors & artists
- 10am - entry General Admission
- 5pm - show ends
- 5pm to 7pm - vendor & artist tear down
Booth/Table Location
- You can set up whatever you like within your space. Tables, shelves, chairs… Anything you like. If you need power or have any set up questions, please contact MMCC Staff: [email protected] .We have limited spaces with outlets.
- Event ends Sunday March 3 th 2024 at 5pm, at which time all exhibitors are allowed to breakdown and leave. All vendors and artists must be out of the facility completely by 7pm. If for whatever reason this is not possible, please contact one of the MMCC team, or Paul: 586-255-5359
- PLEASE THROW YOUR TRASH AWAY IN THE DUMPSTERS!!!!!
- The Boy Scouts from Troop 304 will be around to help with the trash, but it is your RESPONSIBILITY!
- Please note - Space location is at the discretion of the Midland Mall Comic Con Team. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Contract does not grant Seller an exclusive privilege to be the only vendor providing a specific service(s) and/or product(s). We do our best to place you based on your items. First signed up and paid, first choice of spots.
Parking
- Vendor and Artists can park anywhere in the parking lot. It will get busy!!!!
Extra Info
- Exhibitors at the Midland Mall Comic Convention should fit into the overall theme of our show, for example: gaming, video games, toys, tabletop, developers, collectibles, comics, memorabilia, art, cards, etc.
- All booths start as an empty space, you can bring your own tables, chairs, table linens, racks, etc.
- Booth electrical will be available for purchase and is not included in booths (with the exception of Indie Devs)
- If you intend to sell, market or present something outside of these categories please contact us.
- If you are looking for official event sponsorship and larger, customizable booth space - please contact us at m[email protected] regarding sponsorships, naming rights and other available opportunities.
- If you intend to exclusively sell food, beverages, snacks or other consumables please DO NOT USE this form. You should contact the Midland Mall directly.
- Specific booth placement is done by our committee to accommodate all vendors inside the exhibit hall and to maximize space. You will be informed of your booth number and location prior to the event.
- All physical items pertaining to the vendor MUST fit within their booth space
- Vendors are expected to operate their booth for the ENTIRE duration of the EVENT. Leaving before the close of the event is not permitted, unless special permission is given. Packing up early is not permitted and you may not be invited back as a result.
- Move-in must be complete before start of show. Move-in hours are TBD but vendors should plan on loading-in on Friday, March 1st, 2024 or Saturday, March 2nd prior to 11am, similar to 2023.
- Cancellation of booth space is not refundable, please contact [email protected] for any issues. We understand life always comes first and we will work to make sure everyone is taken care of to the best of our abilities. If for any reason (COVID, act of war, terrorism, venue fire….) the venue deems the show unable to happen we will roll over all payments for a future Midland Mall Comic Con. If this happens which is unlikely will reach out to every vendor and artist individually to discuss all options and ensure the best interest of vendors and artists are available.
- IF YOU ARE NOT CHECKED IN - ON OR BEFORE 9:45 AM March 2, 2024 FOR SET UP, YOUR SPACE WILL BE FORFITTED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A REFUND. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY, CALL ME 586-255-5359
- Vendors who are required to have a seller's permit must have a copy with them at the event.
- Vendors are also individually responsible for any State of Michigan sales and use tax obligations.
- Terms of vendor registration may be subject to change.
